We were commissioned to produce a rug curtain, "Nagoya Castle of the Golden Rising Sun" (painting by Koji Kinutani), for the reconstruction of the Gionoza Theater (Nagoya City). The original painting by Koji Kinutani, a recipient of the Order of Cultural Merit, was woven into Nishijin brocade rugs with a dynamic, three-dimensional, and lively composition and an impactful color scheme.
